RETAILOBSERVER.COM JUNE 2018 60 A VB Marketing has broken new ground with its cutting-edge Alta 360 digital platform, and the agency – part of the nation's largest buying group – is upping the ante again. The group has recently moved into its new office space in Sacramento in a move that promises huge benefits to members. The new location, 3775 N. Freeway Blvd. Suite 200, is not only a big step forward for the innovative agency, it also leaves room for the future growth that group leaders know is inevitable. "The new space allows us to collaborate with members, vendors and staff to get the best possible results and exceptional solutions for our members from both traditional and digital marketing," said Chief Marketing Officer John White. "We've reinvented what buying groups do to become the buying group of the future. This is the ad agency of the future, set up in such a manner to service members in a way no other agency could." Previously, rapid growth at AVB Marketing required the staff to take up locations in separate buildings. While that didn't keep them from launching new initiatives that helped grow members' business, the new facility gives them an environment that invites even more creative solutions for members. The new facility provides ample space for collaboration for all the agency's teams: account management, marketing operations, content, design, development, catalog and IT. AVB Marketing is the only agency that combines all those divisions under one roof to provide all the traditional and digital marketing services modern businesses require to be successful. The agency stands out for another reason, as well: it is owned by its members. "Our whole motive is the same as our members' motive: How do we drive more business in the best possible way, the most economical way, the most simplified way?" White said. "Our members own us. This is theirs. Our interests are their best interests. It's all about driving business into their businesses." Digital marketing will continue to evolve and change, and with its new facility and its new platform, AVB Marketing is perfectly poised to lead the way. "We have a history of best-in-class execution in driving business to our members," White said. "It's not what we're going to build, it's what we're building upon. We're already there. All the success we've had thus far is great, but we believe we've just touched the tip of the iceberg and we're just getting started." To celebrate the move to the new facility, AVB Marketing will be conducting a "Grand Reopening" promotion where all members will be eligible to win over $30,000 in giveaways during the entire month of May.
