element immediately caught my eye. Overhead
in the living room is an intricate tray ceiling
with recessed light fi xtures and a modern
chandelier. I love an unexpected design touch.
Was it necessary? Probably not. Is it super
cool? Yes.
e master suite is a comfortable private
retreat with enough room for a sizable king set.
ere's space for a seating area in the bay style
window and the upper deck is steps away. e
faux fi nished car siding tray ceiling is fashion
forward. e master bath is spa like with a long
quartz topped double vanity, subway tile walk-
in shower and a deep, free standing soaker tub.
A beamed ceiling is a great accent detail.
e additional bedrooms each have their
own personality. A custom built-in headboard
in one kids room is a nice detail. A built-in
study center in another is a welcome feature.
e private baths are all comfortably sized and
as well appointed as the master. A half bath
downstairs is full of design details including
shiplap walls and custom tile on the fl oor.
Downstairs fi nd a kid's play room and cra
area, a massive theatre room and media center.
Above the garage, and accessed from the fi rst
fl oor, is a custom man cave for Matt. e room,
complete with comfortable seating, built-in
cabinets and shelving, a media center and
private offi ce, is masculine and well designed.
Any dad would be thrilled to call it his own.
As I fi nished up my tour of 5464 Osage
Circle, I thanked Courtney for her hospitality
and headed outside. Lee took a moment to
pull me aside and make sure I understood
one important thing about the home and its
construction.
"Celtic is a team eff ort," he stressed. "It's not
me. It is truly my team. e analogy I give to a
home owner is that you're the owner of a pro
football team. I'm your star coach and they (my
team) are your star players. It takes everyone to
win the Super Bowl."
