try these recipes Farm fresh Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips Ingredients: • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced • 2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced • 8 ounces raspberries • 1 pound strawberries • 2 tablespoons white sugar • 1 tablespoon brown sugar • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas • Butter flavored cooking spray • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar Directions: 1. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes. 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 3. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray. 4. Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture. Strawberry Spinach Salad Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds • 1/2 cup white sugar • 1/2 cup olive oil • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar • 1/4 teaspoon paprika • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce • 1 tablespoon minced onion • 10 ounces fresh spinach - rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces • 1 quart strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced • 1/4 cup almonds, blanched and slivered Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Cover, and chill for one hour. 2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds. Pour dressing over salad, and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Fabulous Fruit Salad Ingredients: • 1 red apple, cored and chopped • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped • 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced • 2 stalks celery, chopped • 1/2 cup dried cranberries • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts • 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat lemon yogurt Directions: In a large bowl, combine red apple, Granny Smith apple, nectarine, celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts.
