W
elcome from the desk of the new
Housing Corporation president. For
those of you who don't know me, my name is
Rob Sutton '98, and I am a fall 1993 initiate
of Alpha Delta-Zeta. I am proud to succeed
Len Kirberg '66, our outgoing president,
and the force behind executing the project
for our beautiful new Chapter House, which
our undergraduate brothers are enjoying at
1705 Pine.
It's hard to believe it has already been six
months since our centennial celebration at
Homecoming 2017. It was a pleasure to be in-
volved in getting over 200 brothers together
for a weekend of meeting new friends and
sharing new and old stories with each other.
I appreciate all of the thanks so many of you
expressed to me for coordinating the centen-
nial weekend events, but the huge turnout and
tremendous show of brotherhood over the de-
cades truly made the weekend a success.
While the Honoring Our Past, Securing Our
Future campaign is nearing its goal, there is still
time to contribute toward the Chapter House
our undergraduate brothers will call home for
decades to come and that I hope you return to

visit on a regular basis in the future. Your gen-
erous contributions of $2,514,355 leave us less
than $300,000 short of the campaign goal of
$2.8 million. With many alumni renewing their
engagement in Lambda Chi Alpha, and an un-
dergraduate Chapter poised for growth, it is a
great time to continue our support.
