Recruitment
• Second-largest recruitment program on campus with 10 pledges in 2017-18
Leadership
• Brother Greg Gilfillan '14 is serving as vice president for the IFC Standards
Committee
Service
• Beta-Gamma sponsored a fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
• Brothers assist the secretary of state by volunteering man hours every month to
register potential organ donors for the state's Donate Life Program
• The Chapter participates in the Neighborhood Help Program, designed to assist
senior residents in our neighborhood with yardwork and other minor property
improvements
Campus Involvement
• The fraternity division intramural cup remains where it belongs—on the mantle
in the Sigma Pi Chapter House
• The 2017 Greek Week activities were well represented by Sigma Pi teams
• Big Man's Tug was won by Sigma Pi
• In 2016, Sigma Pi was awarded the Greek Week Overall Trophy
• The Chapter won the overall Homecoming 2016 trophy and placed first in the
float competition

• Brother Joseph R. Dively '77 serves as chairman to
the EIU Board of Trustees
• Brother Marty Morgan '82 serves as a director to the
EIU Alumni Association
