O ur investment in the future of the Delta Chi Chapter will help to ensure the suc- cess of our chapter and will promote a legacy upon which to build an even greater brotherhood. Today, perhaps more than ever, fraternities play a relevant role in shaping the lives of young men. Delta Chi provides a small-group living environment that offers our members a solid foundation for their education and also affords opportunities for high academic achievement and the development of leadership and social skills. e undergraduate men have made a commitment to work hard in maintaining the pro- grams and traditions that have benefited the lives of so many Delta Chis over the years. Chapter leadership, recruitment, and programming since the chapter's expansion in 2010 has been consistently excellent, resulting in two Presidents' Cup awards within the last three years. Together with our active members, the volunteer leadership of the Delta Chi House Corporation Board is committed to this major undertaking, which will allow us to secure our future and for our future home to compete with other fraternities and housing options in Manhattan. is stage of our project requires assistance from a highly selective group of alumni—like you. We are working to identify brothers who have both the ability and interest to provide major assistance to the project. Remember that each of us benefited from the generosity, work, and sacrifice of those who went before us. We all enjoyed the comfort and brother- hood that Delta Chi provided during our years at Kansas State University. Now it is our turn to support the undergraduates and ensure that the same, wonderful experience is available to others. We urge your thoughtful consideration of these options. With your support, Delta Chi will continue to provide a quality living environment that supports, nurtures, and develops out- standing young men with the skills and confidence to face an ever-changing world. e commitment we make today cannot be underestimated—it will have a far-reaching effect on the lives of our Delta Chi brothers for years to come.
