The Future Home of Florida Epsilon
I
n late 2016, after months of diligent work, the Florida Epsilon Alumni Corporation, in partnership with Sigma Phi Epsilon Headquarters, closed on
a lot at the corner of Lorene and Lafayette. Our new home will provide a hub for alumni to be engaged with the fraternity and a clean, safe, well-
maintained, modern home for our undergraduates to successfully pursue their personal goals and continue Florida Epsilon's tradition of excellence. We
expect the new facility to open in fall 2019.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
This new mixed use development features several restaurants, bars, hotels, and shops along with several hundred luxury apartment units that are already
popular among upperclassmen in the Greek community. A Publix grocery store is on schedule to open in 2018. With its proximity to campus and
Doak Campbell Stadium, College Town is sure to be the heart of campus for years to come. Our home is two blocks from College Town amenities.
Additionally, the new planned business school location will be less than a fi ve minute walk and the center of campus is less than 10 minutes away.
Tallahassee's hottest entertainment district is
College Town at Madison Street.
For a more classic reference point,
a fi ve-minute walk northeast will get you to the Sweet Shop!
