Taylor said that Redstone went above and beyond to find a way to process the high volume of weekly checks World Outreach handles. Mike Panesi, Vice President, Tennessee Market Executive at Redstone, says that effort is a great example of the Redstone difference. "Most large banks make customers fit a black-and-white policy or process," said Panesi. "Here at Redstone, we value the relationship. We look for ways to make the process benefit everyone." In fact, most of the business financial products available at Redstone use relationship-based pricing. ‡e more a church or business uses Redstone, the better the rates and fees can be. Relationship pricing can make a huge difference in how loans are structured, Carville said. "We can offer 15-year, fixed-rate financing for real-estate secured transactions such as building renovation, new construction or debt refinancing," said Carville. "‡is special offering is a direct result of the full relationship a church might have with Redstone." Jerry Morris with Sweet Springs Baptist Church in Ardmore, TN, recommends having detailed records to begin your loan process. His church came to Redstone when they were looking to build a fellowship space. "Having a solid record of our church's donation and member history was an important part of our lending process," said Morris. "We were able to show Redstone we have a strong record of consistent contributions. I encourage other churches to make sure their records are in order before starting the lending process." Caroline Dewberry of Valley United Methodist Church also suggests churches do some comparison shopping. Her church has been using Redstone for business banking for years so it was natural for them to consider the credit union when it was time to refinance a loan. "While we were leaning towards Redstone, having information, rates and fees from other financial institutions enabled us to make a better decision," said Dewberry. "Redstone was very open to reviewing the competition's offer and adjusting their offer where it made sense for us and them. ‡ey really are a true partner in helping us grow responsibly." r e d f c u.o r g | 5 E xterior view of World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, T N.
