FARMHOUSE SITS ATOP ACADEMIC RANKINGS FOR FIFTH CONSECUTIVE SEMESTER I hope you find this update to be informative of how the Nebraska Chapter performed last semester, what we are doing now, and the exciting things to come in our future. ACADEMIC HIGH Last fall, the Nebraska Chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity displayed great success from many of our members through various avenues. The chapter received a cumulative GPA of 3.596 during the fall semester, which ranked us first among all fraternities, and is the fifth consecutive semester we have ranked as the top fraternity in grades! Eleven of our 28 newly initiated members remarkably obtained a 4.0 GPA and were recognized for their efforts during initiation. We held our new member activation and new officer installation in late January, and are hopeful for another great year of leadership and growth within our chapter. LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE In January, a group of members attended FarmHouse International's annual leadership institute. This provided great guidance and motivation to steer our chapter to continued success. While there, we were awarded first place among all chapters in the New Member Education, Risk Management, and Campus Involvement categories. FARMHOUSE PROMOTES SAFETY On February 5, the Nebraska Chapter paired with Tri Delta sorority to host an educational workshop focused on bystander behavior and social safety. This event was open to all students to attend, and saw members from 12 different Greek houses and more than 550 students in attendance. We constantly strive to make our campus a fun, yet safe environment for everyone. As we approach the midway point of the spring semester, we are excited for what is to come with the new chapter house and the future of our fraternity. As president, I cannot thank our alumni enough for their unlimited support and assistance in this year's transition.
