The Disabled American Veter-
ans (DAV) has announced that
shuttle service to the Phoenix V.A
will change after January 12, 2018.
Friday van service to Phoenix will
end after January 12 due to lack of
ridership. Any veterans using the
shuttle service will have to their ap-
pointment on a Monday or Wednes-
day. Friday, January 12 will be the
final run to Phoenix that takes place
on a Friday. Current Monday and
Wednesday shuttle service will not
be affected.

if one was received (it shows if you
had medical insurance, and if it
was for all year, etc.)
