AZ Sunriders trash pickup New Pickleball Court at Town Park! Quartzsite Town Park has a brand new Pickleball Court thanks to Paul Kinsley. After Parks & Recreation Board approved support for the court during their January 7th meeting, Kinsley worked with Town staff to fi nd a location. The new court is shared with the basketball court. Pickleball is a paddle sport (similar to a racquet sport) that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffl e ball, over a net. To learn more please call Paul at 336-408-2087.
