Nov. 6 The Highlands Chapter of the American Red Cross held its fifth annual Red & White Wine Gala at the Holiday Inn-Bordeaux. However guests prefer their vino, they raised money for disaster relief and other services provided to the needy in Bladen, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke and Sampson counties.
