Oyster Dressing
2 containers raw oysters, drained 1 stick butter, sliced 1 box Ritz crackers
1½ cups heavy cream 1/4 cup chives
Pre-heat oven to 350. In a greased casserole, add 1½ packs of Ritz crackers, crushed. Add 1 container oysters and spread over crackers. Add 6 slices of butter to oysters and another half pack of crackers, crushed. Layer remaining oysters, butter and crushed crackers. Drizzle cream over crumbs and sprinkle chives.
