Remember items that you would give to a friend. - We no longer accept mattresses, fat televisions, and printers. -We have a well-stocked Medical Needs room with items on a loan out basis. -We have adult and infant diapers at no charge for those in need. -We have a donation kettle to support Special Olympics. -As a Service Center, we often do emergency assistance. -We recycle aluminum cans, and plas- tic CRV bottles. -We do local deliveries and pick-up of donations. -We have a very large selection of books on cassette as well as CD's. Shirley has been busy sorting and pricing them to sell. Special thanks to artist Elizabeth Lauder for a thank you gift of her Snowy Owl to all our volunteers. We will frame it and fi nd a special place for this beautiful print. We will be closed February 19th, for President's Day. The second annual Valentine Day Color Event for children will begin on February 1st, entries due Febru- ary 13, and prizes awarded February 14th. Children of all ages are welcome to come pick up entries on Thursday February 1st. Everyone you meet is fi ghting a battle you know nothing about. Be Kind ALWAYS!
