Now, he becomes Mr. New Year's Eve for the network in New York's Times Square, welcoming music acts and celebrity guests to help get 2018 off to a festive start. Maria Me- nounos serves as co-host, with Celine Dion, Neil Dia- mond, Backstreet Boys, Flo Rida and Macklemore featur- ing Skylar Grey among the scheduled performers. 8:30 p.m. on WSBT 6 S.W.A.T. Hondo (Shemar Moore) changes his tune about Jim Street (Alex Russell) and makes him the point man in an undercover operation in "Octane." The aim is to break up a ring that focuses on stealing luxury cars. A teen (guest star Aaron Bled- soe) who was shot by an ex-S.W.A.T. officer also has Hondo's attention.
