try these recipes Champagne Cocktail Culture Champagne Punch Ingredients: • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle white wine, chilled • 1 liter carbonated water, chilled • 2 (750 milliliter) bottles champagne, chilled • 1 lemon - sliced, for garnish • 1/2 cup fresh mint, garnish Directions: In large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate, white wine, club soda and champagne. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves. Annex Theater Champagne Cocktail Ingredients: • 1 sugar cube • 1 dash bitters (such as Angostura®) • 5 fluid ounces Champagne Directions: Place the sugar cube into a Champagne flute, and drop the bitters onto the sugar. Fill the flute with Champagne, and serve. Do not stir. Bad Day Ingredients: • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger amaretto liqueur • 4 fluid ounces champagne Directions: Pour the amaretto into a champagne flute. Top with the champagne. Serve with a lemon twist. Sicilian Sunset Poinsettias Ingredients: • 4 ounces brut Champagne • 1 1/2 tablespoons cranberry juice Directions: Pour champagne into a champagne flute, and top with cranberry juice. Float a cranberry on top. Bellini Meanie Martini Ingredients: • 1/4 cup good quality vodka • 2 fluid ounces peach schnapps • 1 cup ice cubes • 2 fluid ounces champagne • 3 fresh raspberries for garnish Directions: Pour the vodka and peach schnapps into a shaker with the ice. Shake until frothy. Strain into a martini glass, and top off with champagne. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Red, White, and Bull Ingredients: • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle champagne, chilled • 1 (8.3 ounce) can citrus flavored energy drink (e.g. Red Bull™) Directions: Pour the champagne and energy drink into a large pitcher.
