Alpha Delta Pi - Oklahoma State University

Alpha Delta Pi and Pi Kappa Alpha's Homecoming sign takes third place! 4 The Lion's Share Formal Recruitment Alpha Omicron knocked recruitment out of the park this year! As a Chapter we hit our quota intake and Chapter total. Alpha Omicron has been known for its stellar Bid Day celebration, and this year was no exception! Our Bid Day theme was Rock and Roll and new members and parents loved it. Overall, we gained 63 new members, and can't wait to see where they take the Chapter. Our sisterhood retreat was held at the Chapter house on September 9. Members dressed in pajamas for a day of games, doughnut eating contests, movies, and learning more about how we can improve our Chapter in the coming years. Workshops were held by executive members to help strengthen sisterhood and continue education about Chapter operations. Fall Semester Festivities Dad's Day was held on September 23. We had multiple families come from various states and had an overall attendance of more than 600 people. Fuzzy's Taco Shop catered while families enjoyed touring the Chapter house, eating from a candy buffet, and taking pictures. Initiation was held on the evening of September 27 at the Chapter house. Alpha Omicron is pleased to announce that for the Fall 2017 semester we had an overall Alpha to Delta retention rate of 100 percent. We are so proud of our new members, and look forward to sharing a lifetime of memories with them! OSU Homecoming was October 14. House Corporation hosted an open house during Walkaround that welcomed over 100 alumnae and their families. Alpha Delta Pi and Pi Kappa Alpha's deck was located on the side of the Pi Kappa Alpha chapter house. Our theme was Route 66. The women of Alpha Delta Pi and the men of Pi Kappa Alpha had members participate in all Homecoming related events, including Football Frenzy, Hester Street painting, Harvest Carnival, sign decorating, and the pep rally. We are pleased to announce that Alpha Delta Pi and Pi Kappa Alpha took home third place in the sign competition. Our members were blown away at Alpha Omicron alumnae support! We look forward to another successful Homecoming in 2018! Alpha Omicron's annual Black Diamond Formal will be held at the Sparrow Event Center located in Stillwater Oklahoma on December 1. Our members are excited to celebrate a successful and fun semester while dancing the night away! As Alpha Omicron collegians, we take special pride in the friendships and bonds we have made here. Our ties are unbreakable and friendships lifelong! We thank the alumnae of Alpha Omicron for their continued and dedicated support of the Chapter.
