4 Delta Tau Delta Oklahoma State University T he proposed floor plans reflect a brand-new wing, replac- ing the original east/west wing of the current Shelter. e new spaces mirror many of our most cherished values and aspirations: generous study space, ample work areas for Home- coming prep, attractive accommodations for our housemother, dedicated meeting and Ritual space, and suite-style rooms for of- ficers and upperclassmen. e individual rooms are designed with the flexibility to provide added privacy and amenities, while still creating a group living environment. e common spaces will be vastly improved and in some cases relocated to optimize the space and functionality. In short, our goal is to both attract and retain the modern student leader while still providing the kind of spaces that are reflective of a traditional fraternity house. We anticipate the entire cost of this project approaching $5 mil- lion. A project budget will be finalized aer the fundraising fea- sibility study determines the revenue side of the financial model.
