They have taken their grandchildren to London, visited Malta, spent a couple of weeks in Bulgaria, and rafted the Colorado River. She has a DDD granddaughter at Pepperdine. Evelyn "Sue" Jones Flaig '56 and her husband, Warren Hughes, live in Belleair, Fla. She is a licensed real estate broker with Coastal Properties Group (Christie's affiliate), managing and selling in the Clearwater area for over 30 years. In 2003, she was the national president of Women's Council of Realtors. She has two grown children. Anne and her sister, Caroline Swatek Crumpacker '61, had a wonderful time at the 100th reunion. E-mail: easshay@comcast.net Meredith Spelbrink Shortal '63 and her husband, Denny, have lived in Dunwoody, Ga., for 30 years. They have three sons and four grandchildren. Denny is mayor of their town, and she is on the board of directors for the local theater; she is leading efforts now to secure a larger facility in one of their keynote parks. Meredith enjoys modeling clothes for the Garden Club and Women's Club luncheons and traveling to visit family in Arizona, Illinois, and California. She and her husband, Bill, celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2015 with a six-week trip in Europe. They traveled from the Greek Isles to Portugal. They have two grown children and keep busy with grandchildren, their church, and Rotary Youth Exchange. Linda is writing a book, Saying Goodbye with No Regrets...It's Never Too Late. She says, "It's about his 12-year journey with prostate cancer and all the changes along the way. It's been a wonderful experience to capture his elegance and grace." Shelley is a regional administrative assistant for ABF Freight. Shelley was the philanthropy chairman from 1990-91 and started the Triple Play event, originally called Frats at Bat. "Jay and I are getting settled in our new house we built. We are empty nesters, so we decided to scale it down!"
