We need your commitment to this historical and badly needed renova-
tion to our Beta-Gamma Chapter House. Never in our nearly 70-year
history has the alumni association taken on a campaign of this magni-
tude. The last major cosmetic changes to the Chapter House were made
in 1973. This was 44 years ago. It is time for our kindred minds to come
together to make sure we can complete this project!
The first thing we want to make clear is that any donation is a great
donation. Big or small it gets us closer to our goal. It would be an honor
to process payments for all 1,585 mailable Beta-Gamma alumni.
The giving program, Esteemed Four, allows for a Brother to commit to
a minimum $2,500 payment to be made in five equal payments over a
five-year period (if requested). Brothers signing up for this program will
become life members of the Alumni Association (dues exempt) and have
their name inscribed on a plaque of recognition and a paver brick in the
new patio area. We need 200 Brothers to join this elite group of donors.
Funds are tax-deductible.
Of course, we are looking for major donors to come forward and assist
with the project. If you are a Brother that can go above and beyond
what is ordinarily expected, please contact Marty Morgan '82, CIAA

your opportunities.
I know you said it as an undergraduate, "what do the alumni do for us?"
Well, we can erase that from everyone's mind with a contribution to the
building fund. Don't walk away from this giving opportunity thinking
I am not getting anything out it. You are doing exactly as the Creed
prescribes, "United in Brotherhood to advance Truth and Justice, to
promote Scholarship, to encourage Chivalry, to diffuse Culture, and
to develop Character, in the Service of God and Man." Your dollars can
preserve this for generations of Sigma Pi men who will follow in your
footsteps. Your support is greatly appreciated.
