The lion's lore page 2 A s you can see from the photos on this page, Kansas Beta has never looked better! Eminent Archon Jeremy Campbell '19 provides the chapter update on page 1, which tells us that we have much to be proud of as it relates to the ongoing strong performance by our undergraduate brothers. A sincere thanks to each of you for your tremendous support in our summer 2017 kitchen and dining room remodel project. We were pleased to host nearly 300 parents and alumni on ΣΑΕ Family Day at the chapter house on Saturday, September 30. We dedicated the kitchen and Presidential Dining Room to the only two Kansas State Alumni to ever serve as University President, Milton Eisenhower '22 (1943-1950) and General Richard B. Myers '65 (2016-Present). A special thanks to alumni Don Herold '77, Mitch Fiser '82, Terry Garvert '77, and Bill Shaw '75 for tremendous effort on the design, fundraising, and summer construction activity. Over the last several years, we have worked aggressively to fill the chapter house with quality men, significantly improve the physical structure, and carefully manage our finances. Thanks for your continued support. I promise you the money is carefully managed and invested in the future of Kansas Beta, which is bright. Yours in the Bonds, Steve Lacy '76, '77 House Corporation President steve.lacy@meredith.com (515) 284-3895 Summer 2017 Kitchen and Presidential Dining Room Makeover $325,000 Raised from Generous Alumni Steve Lacy '76, '77 and University President General Richard B.
