Certainly there are times when the clogged drain is beyond a quick do-it-your- self solution, requiring the skills of a professional. Bail was $55,000. • Russell Wayne Cas- Arrests • Gordon Anthony tor, 39, Red Bluff was arrested Saturday for child cruelty with the pos- sibility of injury or death. Bail was $50,000. • Scott Henry Demarti- no, 26, Red Bluff was arrested Saturday at Burg- er King for misdemeanor giving false identification to a peace officer. Demartino had outstand- ing felony charges of fail- ure to appear on a felony charge and possession of concentrate cannabis. Bail was $43,000. • Robert Jude Garcia, 19, Red Bluff was arrest- ed Friday at Spider Island for possession of concen- trated cannabis. Bail was $25,000. • Rodolfo Pahua Mar- tinez, 35, Corning was arrested Saturday at 4560 East Avenue for two fail- ure to appear on felony charges. Bail was $75,000. • Dustin Wayne McIn- tire, 25, Vina was arrested Saturday at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital for a felony parole violation. • Daryl Paul Shreve, 44, Red Bluff was arrest- ed Friday at Antelope and Damon Avenue for a felony parole violation. • Caleb Stephen MAKING ICED COF- FEE. The man report- ed the suspects between Friday and Monday were coming into the orchard about 3 a.m. and raking up walnuts, taking a few hundred pounds per night. He told law enforcement he had put up game cam- eras in an attempt to catch the thief and had gotten some pictures. Trespass A 51-year-old woman on the 11000 block of Tipton Lane reported that Friday night her dogs cor- nered a trespasser. When she went outside to see what they were barking at she was hit by a board in the arm. Fraud • Someone at Wells Smogged Someone at a business on Sixth Street in Corning reported a customer tried to back his car out of a stall during a smog check.
