F CUSOn Appearance Ordinance Changes Aim to Help Keep Neighborhoods Clean clean. Effective April 8, new ordinances state that curbside recyclables can be collected only from approved containers and require trash cans be stored at the side or rear of homes. With the new revisions, property owners with large piles of mixed, uncontainerized trash can be assessed a fee for cleanup and sheet glass collection is prohibited.
