MAIN LEVEL
LOGOS HALL – The
literary and academic
tradition of Alpha Delta Phi
will be emphasized in a small
lecture hall. This unique
space allows Washington
Chapter to collaborate with
faculty, local professionals,
alumni and community
members to host educational
programming for our
undergraduate members,
alumni and guests.
LIBRARY, LIVING ROOM,
AND ENTRYWAY – The beloved
library, living room, and entryway
will be renovated and restored
to create a sense of awe upon
entering the house.
KITCHEN/DINING
– The original house
was built to seat 56 for
dinner. The redesign will
accommodate up to 96
for dinner, will upgrade
the kitchen to serve a
larger capacity and will
allow outdoor dining
(weather permitting) for
special events.
EXTERIOR – The entry
will be landscaped and
enclosed so the space is
usable and can easily be
maintained. The lawn will
be flanked by an attractive
brick and wrought iron
wall and parking/garbage
collection will be out
of sight. Security will
be improved around the
building.
