lpha Omega had a very busy year! Our
chapter started September 2016 with
252 members and later welcomed 30
more during continuous open bidding. We have
gotten to know many alumnae who signed up to
be our Aunt Hannah's—it has been a great men-
torship program that we will continue next year.
Ready for Recruitment
We have been enthusiastic about work week
and recruitment in August. We will welcome
new members to Alpha Omega during formal
recruitment—keep an eye out on social media
for the results! We'll be sure to share results in
the next newsletter, as well. We are enthusiastic
about having chapter at the Town Center, which
will have enough space for all of us, an area for
chapter dinner and space for sisterhoods.
Thank You, Alumnae!
We are looking forward to building our home
at 625 W. Maple St across from Sigma Chi and
Carnal Hall on the corner of Arkansas Ave. and
Maple St. We have kicked off the public phase of
fundraising to meet our goal and stay on sched-
ule so our house will be completed on time—
before formal recruitment in 2019. The house
design is beautiful and our House Corporation
is doing a fantastic job of including the elements

Delta Gamma Shows Gratitude for Upcoming Chapter House
that the collegiate members really want. We are
excited to host alumnae at the house when it is
complete for game days and Founders Days.
The reestablishment pledge class of Alpha Ome-
ga is full of bright and talented young women
that have set a strong foundation for the chapter
to build on and I look forward to seeing all that
they accomplish this next school year.
