ou are the only one who can place a value on your Phi Kappa Tau membership: the lifelong
friendships you created, the development of your values and principles, and the many
ways Alpha Chi enhanced your college years at Mississippi State. Remember that each of us
benefited from the commitment, generosity, and work of those who came before us. We enjoyed
the comfort and brotherhood the house at 304 South Jackson provided us during our years
at Mississippi State. Now it is our turn to repay the fraternity by ensuring that the same life-
changing experience will be available to future brothers.
Each of us, simply by our involvement and interest, contributed to the history and legacy
of Alpha Chi. Because of our pressing need, we urge all brothers to consider a major gift to
the campaign. The board of governors and house corporation are committed to this major
undertaking and working closely with the active members on chapter operations, finances, and
eventually constructing our new house.
We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan. We need your support to strengthen Alpha
Chi's position at Mississippi State. The commitment we make today cannot be underestimated—
it will have a far-reaching effect on the lives of our Phi Kappa Tau brothers for many years to
