Since our founding, our brothers
enjoy gathering for group photos
in the front yard of 1605 Pine
Street. Our pride in Theta Xi has
always run deep.
Annual traditions like the
Chariot Race during Greek Week
give brothers the opportunity to
show their Theta Xi pride to the
rest of the Greek community.
This gorgeous chariot
represented Theta Xi during
Greek Weeks in the 1970s.
November 1971. A malfunction in the
furnace sparked a fire in the original
chapter house at 1605 Pine Street. Here,
brothers of the active chapter work with
the local fire department to fight that fire.
Despite their efforts, the chapter house was
a total loss. The building was razed and we
broke ground for the current "new
house" the following spring.
