Gamma Phi Chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity OUR NEEDS AND OPPORTUNITIES U ntil Gamma Phi is reinstated as approved program housing, we must endow the house to cover basic operating and maintenance costs. Without revenue generating rent from undergraduate brothers due to the abrupt denial of program housing status, the house has no income and little savings. This investment will allow the house to resume operations as a financially self-sustaining venture. We must also commit to maintain the house to attract quality brothers and to also meet the cohabitation mandate. In order to accomplish this, the Kent Literary Club and undergraduate leadership have developed a tactical and strategic approach for our future. Our plan will address not only the short-term needs, but the long-term viability of Gamma Phi at Wesleyan.
