Mini Cowboy Pizzas Mini Cowboy Pizzas from the Lassen County CattleWomen "A Taste of Beef, Sip of Wine" Beef Appetizer Cookbook. 1 lb ground beef 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese pepper, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 tablespoon green bell 1 tablespoon and 1 tea- spoon Worcestershire sauce Mini Rye bread (best not to use anything else) 1. Brown ground beef and add salt and pepper to taste. Drain the fat and crumble into small pieces, set aside and let cool. 2. Dice the onion and green bell pepper. 3. In a bowl, combine the onion, bell pepper and cooled ground beef, and cheese. Mix until well blended. Add just enough mayonnaise to hold the ingredients together. Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. 4. Spread onto the mini rye breads and broil until bubbly and golden brown. Following the flag replacements, Exchange Club members John Richards and Dean Cofer put up the flags along Solano Street from the freeway to the eastern most city limits. The flags are placed along Solano Street during all major local events and holidays; and on this occasion have been put up in memory of the victims of 9-11 and as a salute to veterans and serving military personnel.
