QPD Arrest /Activity Report Provided by Quartzsite Police Department 3-3-17 TO 3-31-17 AND 4-19-17 TO 5-7-17 3-03-17 Jennifer Russ was cited for her dogs not being on a leash. 3-06-17 Michael Cardenas was cit- ed and released for driving under the infl uence of a drug metabolite. 3-06-17 Offi cer Justin Keeling was notifi ed Eric Peter Perkins had an active felony arrest warrant from La Paz Co. Superior Court for probation violation, went to his residence and observed Perkins in the front yard. Perking was booked and his co-defen- dant Amber Trout was long formed for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 3-07-17 Andrea Buckley was booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Center for Resisting Arrest and additional misdemeanor charges of False Reporting to Police, Trespass- ing and Disorderly Conduct will be forwarded for a long form complaint. 3-07-17 James Linden was charged with Sexual Assault, Carnal Abuse. Linden was booked into Maricopa County Detention Center. 3-08-17 Henry Urbanski was cited and released for Marijuana Possession. 3-09-17 Paige Shirey was arrested and booked into the La Paz County Jail for False Police Report and Dis- orderly Conduct. 3-10-17 Freddie Adams was arrest- ed for a past burglary and possession of stolen property. 3-14-17 Lauri Rhodus passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle on Sunset, blocking both the eastbound lane from travel. She could not per- form any fi eld sobriety tests and a search warrant had to be issued for a blood draw. Rhodus was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center. 3-16-17 Albert Dean Richardson was in actual physical control of a ve- hicle driving under the infl uence of alcohol and caused a vehicle accident with serious physical injuries. Rich- ardson was cited and released to a re- sponsible party. Richardson had med- ical issues that prevented booking. 3-20-17 Jason Bernreuter was ar- rested for an outstanding extraditable felony and misdemeanor warrant out of Maricopa County Superior Court pertaining to forgery and false report- ing and booked into La Paz Co. De- tention Facility. 3-21-17 Calvin Tothill was arrested for hindering a criminal investigation and booked into La Paz County De- tention Facility 3-25-17 Gregory Cudjo was charged with Possession of Narcotic Equip- ment and booked into La Paz Co. De- tention Center. 3-26-17 Anastasia Loera was ar- rested for warrant for failing to appear on a traffi c violation and her Arizona driving privilege had been suspended. She was arrested and her vehicle im- pounded for 30 days. 3-29-17 Ratchaneepom Wongma- nit was cited and released for criminal speed while traveling at 60 mph in a posted 35 mph zone on Main Street. 3-29-17 Ahmed Elnefeidi was cited and released for Attempted Posses- sion of Marijuana and Attempted Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 3-30-17 Andrew McKenna was arrested for Damaged Property and Possession of Narcotic Equipment. McKenna was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center. 3-26-17 Sheena Yarbro was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. Yarbro was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center. 3-26-17 Rodney Prestridge was ar- rested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant issued through the Quartzsite Magistrate Court with a $500 bond. He was arrested and transported to L Paz Co. Detention Center. 3-27-17 Jael Woodal was arrested for being involved in an argument between her and a neighbor; charged with Dis- orderly Conduct, Family Disturbance, Simple Assault. Woodal was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center. 3-31-17 Paul Gonzales II was ar- rested for Aggravated Assault, nonfa- mily, strong arm and Family Distur- bance. Gonzales was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center. 4-16-17 Frederick West and Carl Satterwhite, Jr. were arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. West's vehicle was town to impound per ARS 28-3511. Both were booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center 4-16-17 Gary Coen was arrested for Disorderly Conduct per Domestic Vi- olence and booked into the La Paz Co. Detention Center. 4-19-17 Jennifer Cadle was arrest- ed and was later transported to the La Paz Regional Hospital for medical clearance. She was long formed for Damaged Property and Disorderly Conduct. 4-20-17 Erik Ballard was arrested for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct and booked into the La Paz County Jail. 4-24-17 Kathy Couch was cited and released for attempted possession of drug paraphernalia. 4-21-17 A long form complaint was fi led against William Bryson, Jr. for Burglary, Unforced Entry to resi- dence. 4-26-17 Christopher De Vilbiss was processed and released from cus- tody pending long form complaint to the La Paz Co. Attorney's Offi ce for Possession of Marijuana and Posses- sion of Narcotic Equipment. 4-29-17 Terry Edmond was ar- rested on a misdemeanor warrant, Possession of Marijuana, Carrying a Prohibited Weapon and Carrying a Concealed Weapon and was booked into the La Paz Co. Detention Center. 4-29-17 Benjamin Hernandez was booked into L a Paz Co. Detention Center for outstanding felony warrant and driving with a suspended license. 4-30-17 Steven Pierce was arrested for Attempted Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and booked into the La Paz Co. Jail. 5-01-17 Alvin Abbema was cited and released for driving with a suspended Arizona driver license. 5-01-17 Bryon Scot Cole was cited and released for DUI to the Slight- est Degree, Attempted Possession of Marijuana and Attempted Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 5-02-17 Robert Arnold was cited and released for Town Ordinance Viola- tions and Animal Ordinance Violation. 5-04-17 Kyle Webster was arrest- ed for possession of stolen property, traffi cking in stolen property and burglary in the third degree with co- defendants Melissa Hancock and Ralph James Johnson in Septem- ber 2016. Webster was booked into the La Paz Co. Detention Center. 5-5-17 Diego Alberto Espitia was cited and released for driving while suspended and the expired vehicle registration. 5-6-17 Eric Cassidy was arrested for assault per domestic violence. While booking Cassidy into La Paz Co. De- tention Center, a usable quantity of green leafy substance was found, lat- er tested and found to be marijuana. Cassidy was charged with Smuggling Contraband into prison. 5-6-17 James Wilkins was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the infl uence of alcoholic bev- erages. Wilkins was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center. 5-7-17 Joseph S. Ferren was arrest- ed for operating a commercial motor vehicle while under the infl uence of alcohol. Ferren was booked into La Paz Co. Detention Center.
