In Memoriam
Margaret Morrison Lukow '52 passed away on July 25, 2016, at the
age of 82. For decades, Maggie was an artist and devoted member of the
Racine, Wis., art community. She served as a Racine Art Museum board
member, helped establish the Starving Artists Fair, and was a charter
member of the Racine Artists Gallery when it was founded in 1998.
Maggie's creativity, sense of humor, funky jewelry, and delicious baking
will be dearly missed.
Mary Mcintyre Michael '53 passed away on January 12, 2016.

Betty Yeager Hodapp '45 happily celebrated her 91st birthday in
November 2016 in Blue Ash, Ohio, and reports that she is feeling great! "I
have fond memories of my days at Purdue and Alpha Chi Omega," she says.
Patricia Kirby Johnston '55 and her husband, Bill, have been living in
a retirement community, Mount San Antonio Gardens, in Pomona, Calif.,
for four and a half years. She reports, "We are delighted we made that
'scary' decision to leave our comfortable home and neighbors and move
here, where there are any number of interesting people and things to do."

Kathy Accola Coomer '61 retired on October 28, 2016, after a long career
in residential real estate. "I was first licensed in 1973. Transfers due to
my husband's job led me to be licensed in Connecticut and Illinois," she
says. "After serving as broker manager of the Palatine, Ill., branch office
of Baird & Wamer Real Estate for 12 years, I retired the first time in 2000.
We moved to Williamsburg, Va., where I got re-licensed and re-entered the
business in 2003 as a sales agent. I'm looking forward to retirement this

Marjorie Finch Bultman '65 is happy to announce that she and her
husband, Bill, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in August 2016.
"We visited Paris and took a cruise from Paris to Norway—great trip!"

Amy Campbell McDowell '76 enjoys her career as a marketing manager
for St. Vincent Home Care and Hospice. She has three adult children and

Rebecca McKinney Thompson '88 and her husband, Scott are settled
in Battle Creek, Mich., where she works in project management for new
snack products around the world. "Our son, Josh, is working in nursing and
our daughter, Sarah, is still at home and is very active with school, piano,
and swimming. I'm look forward to catching up with Alpha Beta sisters

Abigail Hood DiSalvo '07 is thrilled to share that she married David
DiSalvo on October 15, 2016, in Indianapolis, Ind. Abigail met David at
Purdue during their senior year, and they were voted Couple of the Year by
her Alpha Chi sisters at a Valentine's Day dinner. "Erin Corona '07 was
one of my bridesmaids. She lives in California and we have remained best
friends since sophomore year when we met at Alpha Chi!" Abigail says.
