The man, described as white, between 50 and 70 years old, with a gray mustache , about 6 feet tall and wearing a plaid short-sleeved shirt, jeans and a tan ball cap, brandished a dark colored hand- gun before handing the bag to the teller. The teller placed an undis- closed amount of money in the bag and returned it to the man, who exited the bank in an unknown direction, the release said. Officers conducted an extensive area search but the suspect could not be located. Bluff, who turned out not to be the suspect the Red Bluff Police Department was looking for, was arrested anyway Friday night after he ran away from officers trying to question him.
