y the time you read this, the new two-story rear addition will have
been occupied by 20 brothers and includes all new bathrooms and
two new laundry rooms with washers and dryers. This summer, we will be
closing the entire first floor and left wing on the second floor. The Chapter
House is about 80% complete and is scheduled to be completed by August
1, in time for Opening Week at MS&T.
Fifty-four brothers are occupying the Chapter House, and for the
sixth consecutive semester, had a cumulative GPA above 3.0. Our
undergraduate brothers are doing their part to carry on the Chapter's
legacy, but have you done your part? If you haven't donated yet, please
consider joining the campaign before the centennial celebration on
October 26-28, 2017—that way, you will see the renovations and know
you were instrumental in the project's completion.
Thank you to the generous support of our alumni, but it is vital that all
alumni continue to follow through on their pledge to the capital campaign.
I encourage all alumni who haven't fulfilled their pledge to do so before
the centennial—we want to put Alpha-Delta Zeta in a strong position for
the next 100 years. Every dollar helps to ensure the future strength of our
fraternity.
Reaching 100 years and completing the Chapter House renovations is
an amazing milestone for Alpha-Delta Zeta. Please take a look at page
