Our HFME, Our Legacy Alpha Beta Chapter of P hi Mu at e University of Arkansas AlphA BetA ChApter AnnounCes $1 Million CAMpAign $525,925 Committed Toward New Chapter House W hen we look back on our own Alpha Beta Chapter experiences, we can see how the friendships, leadership, and service— even decades ago—helped shape who we are today. We are thankful for our close friendships with FΜ sisters, for the leadership development that helped launch our careers, and for the numerous opportunities gained through our Phi Mu memberships. ExpaNdiNg RazORbaCk gREEk LifE Throughout the years, Arkansas' Greek life has flourished, experiencing significant growth all-around. One in every four Razorbacks is Greek. They are the leaders on campus, the athletes breaking records, and the students putting in the extra hours to maintain their 4.0 GPA. Alpha Beta sisters are no exception. We know that to continue to recruit the best members, we must stay competitive with the other sororities on campus. It is crucial for our chapter to have sisters who exemplify Phi Mu's values, represent the university in the best possible light, and live in a Chapter House as equally impressive as other chapters on campus. THE fuTuRE Of aLpHa bETa Since Alpha Beta's return to the University of Arkansas, our collegiate sisters have maintained the same values and traditions that you upheld during your own time on campus. Alpha Beta sisters are leaders in organizations including student government, members of multiple honor societies, and athletes on the cheer and dance teams. As collegiate members focus on building the chapter and its tradition of success, the Phi Mu Fraternity and Alpha Beta alumnae have been working hard to strategically plan for the future as well. Sisters, the future of alpha beta Chapter begins now. To award our active sisters with the same opportunities we were given, the Alpha Beta Chapter is proud to announce the Our HFME, Our Legacy capital campaign. Early commitments from generous alumnae total $525,925. We are proud of this great start, but need your help to reach our campaign goal of $1 million. This is the time to remember your Alpha Beta experience. Remember the impact Phi Mu had on your life and how you have been affected by your membership and sisters. It is only through the lifelong bonds of Phi Mu that future generations may share the same experience. Whether you are a 50- year member or a recent alumna, Alpha Beta needs your help now. CREaTiNg a HOME fOR aLL The updated Chapter House will provide our members with a modernized facility that will help Alpha Beta remain competitive on campus while creating a safe home away from home for all—a home that all alumnae can be proud to call their own. Construction on the new facility begins this month and our beautiful, new home is becoming a reality as progress is made daily. We will be honored to have you join our growing list of loyal supporters who are leaving their legacy and providing for future generations, as previous sisters did for all of us. Thank you for your loyalty, consideration, and support for Alpha Beta.
