QPD Arrest /Activity Report Provided by Quartzsite Police Department FEBRUARY 22 - MARCH 3, 2017 During this reporting period the Quartzsite Police Offi cers completing twenty-seven (27) departmental re- ports, twenty-four (24) criminal and/ or civil citations, and fi fty-seven (57) warnings for civil traffi c violations. 02/22 QPD investigated a delayed report of a residential burglary in the 800 block of East Rodgers Place. 02/22 QPD investigated a delayed report of Identity Theft in the 300 block of West Main Street. 02/22 QPD investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of North Plymouth Avenue. 02/22 QPD recovered found prop- erty that was turned in to the police station. 02/23 QPD investigated allegations of sexual abuse involving two chil- dren in the Quartzsite area. 02/23 QPD investigated a delayed report of Identity Theft in the 300 block of North Joshua Avenue. 02/23 QPD investigated a vehicle burglary in the 1300 block of West Main Street. 02/23 Gary Stoeger (57) of Ne- braska was contacted by police ref- erence a vehicle burglary investiga- tion and found to be wanted on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant issued by the Quartzsite Justice Court for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Displaying a Fictitious License Plate. Stoeger was booked into the La Paz County Detention Center. 02/24 Gianncarlo Valdez-Her- nandez (21) and Andrew Duenaz (18) both of Blythe, CA were con- tacted by police behind a local res- taurant reference a citizen's report of suspicious activity. Valdez-Her- nandez and Duenaz were found in possession of marijuana and illicit drug paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested, but later cited and re- leased for Attempted Possession of Marijuana and Attempted Posses- sion of Drug Paraphernalia. 02/26 Joseph Edward Barcomb (48) of Mesa, AZ was arrested for Theft, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle after he stole property owned by the Bureau of Land Management from a BLM Campground in Quartzsite. Barcomb was booked into the La Paz County Detention Center. 02/27 Gregory Perkins (28) of Quartzsite, AZ was arrest and booked for outstanding felony ar- rest warrants issued by the Yavapai County Superior Court for a Proba- tion Violations on an original con- viction of Burglary. 02/27 John Puccio (60) of Quartzsite, AZ was found in posses- sion of a homemade pipe fashioned from a light bulb commonly used to smoke methamphetamine at his residence. Puccio was cited and re- leased for Attempted Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 02/27 Angela Lewis (48) of Quartzsite, AZ was found in posses- sion of marijuana at her residence and was cited for Attempted Posses- sion of Marijuana. 02/28 QPD investigated property damage in the 700 block of South Quartzsite Boulevard. 02/28 QPD investigated a report of Criminal Damage in the 300 block of North Joshua Avenue. 02/28 QPD assisted Arizona DPS and the La Paz County Sheriff's Of- fi ce with a rolling Domestic Distur- bance between a husband and wife in a vehicle on Interstate 10 in the Quartzsite area. The husband was ultimately booked into the La Paz County Detention Center by LPCSO. 03/01 William Wallace Mc- Crone (42) a transient made verbal threats to harm an adult male victim and was later issued a criminal cita- tion. 03/01 Shelly (33), Sherry (43) and Deanna Schiller (61) of Parker, AZ were contacted to- gether at the Quartzsite Town Hall parking lot. All three Schil- lers were arrested for outstand- ing misdemeanor arrest warrants issued by the Quartzsite Magis- trate and Parker Justice Courts. The mother and daughter trio were booked as a family into the La Paz County Detention Center. 03/01 Jeffrey Howington (53) of Quartzsite, AZ got into an argu- ment with his signifi cant other that escalated into a physical altercation. Howington was booked into the La Paz County Detention Center for As- sault and Criminal Damage per Do- mestic Violence. 03/02 QPD conducted a mental health evaluation on an adult female resident. 03/02 QPD investigated a property damage vehicle collision in the 700 block of West Main Street. 03/02 QPD investigated a report of lost property. 03/02 Jennifer Doud (31) of Quartzsite, AZ was under the infl u- ence of alcohol and/or illicit drugs when she entered the fenced prop- erty of a local business after she was previously been issued a trespass warning from the business. Doud was removed from the property and issued a criminal citation for Tres- passing. 03/03 Jennifer Russ (40) of Quartzsite, AZ was issued a criminal citation for Dog at Large after she allowed her dogs to run free in the 200 block of East Kuehn Street. 03/03 QPD investigated a property damage collision in the 100 block of West Main Street. 03/03 QPD investigated a report of a missing person who was ultimate- ly found in Tucson, AZ.
