For those guests under the age of 60, the guest charge is $6. A donation is not a requirement for you to receive a meal if you qualify for the program. A crook described as a short change artist is reported to be operating in the Sacramento Valley. He is said to have done a little business in Red Bluff this afternoon, and tried to do more, but some of the mer- chants were apprised of his presence in the city and were not caught by his sharp practices. At one local store he got away with $10 easily, and now the police are looking for him.
