NFL Preseason Football 8 p.m. on WSJV < A preseason tuneup for two playoff contenders takes place tonight in Bal- timore, where Joe Flacco and the Ravens welcome in Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions. The de- fending AFC North cham- pion Ravens return most of their starters from a year ago, though key players on defense are getting up in years.
