LaBeouf was charged with misdemeanor assault, a er allegedly ripping the scarf of an unidentified 25-year-old man, according to USA Today. It wasn't clear what prompted him. Police said the actor scratched the man in the face. He declined medi- cal attention. The camera into which LaBeouf was chanting is part of a 24-hour-a-day, 4-year project, giving people the chance to chant "He will not divide us" into the camera.
