Special to the DN Pam Britting, Tehama County Museum Executive Director, is encouraging all crafty and artistic individuals to reserve booth space for the craft faire section of the Museum's 31st Annual Jubilee to be held from 8 a.m.-3p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8. The faire takes place in Habert Park next door to the Muse- um, on C Street between Fourth and Third, in Tehama. This popular Museum fund raiser attracts not only a local audience but visitors from all over the north state. Handicrafters are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to display their wares and possibly get a jump start on holiday sales. Booth spaces are free again this year; limited in the number available; booked on a first come first served basis and restrict- ed to artisans and crafters – no food, drink or "garage sale" reservations are accepted. The Museum makes only one request: the crafter/artisan must make a donation to the raffle prize lineup in the form of an item from their product line (minimum value - $35). As a bonus, the MC will describe each donation as it is raffled off and announce the crafters name. Advance booking is required with a deadline of Aug. 22.
