It seems as though Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's all seem to run together, and they run together fast. It feels to me like Christ- mas in 2015 was just three or four months ago, and now we've just had an- other Christmas. Wow. But, the beat goes on. As always, there are new events and new opportu- nities, no matter what the season is. Things begin a little slowly, thank goodness, and then pick up steam as we get to Round-Up in April. The Bull & Gelding Sale comes up first, Jan. 24-28. The end of the year is always a good time to say thank you to the many in- dividuals who have con- tributed to the success we've had in these last 12 months. Many thanks to Dave, Jason, and Nat, to all the Ambassadors, to our board members and most of all to you, our members who pay your dues, buy ads, volunteer at events, provide input and have fun. — Scott Camp, chair- man Networking Good Morning, Red Bluff will be at the Bull & Gelding Sale, 7:50-9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, hosted by the Tehama County CattleWomen. Hope to see you at Good Morning, Red Bluff at our next meeting. This event will be hosted by the Cat- tleWomen at the Western Art Building at the fair- grounds. With hot but- tered biscuits and home- made jams. Did I say hot coffee? Allow time to tour the vendors after the net- working meeting. Come out for this ex- cellent event and sample some great food. We hope to see every- one at Good Morning, Red Bluff, the most pop- ular networking event in the county, so we can learn more about you and your business. Please in- vite friends or associates to join you. Ambassador's Corner Thank you to all who brought a toy for CHiPs for Kids to our Cham- ber Christmas Breakfast; it was great to hear that CHP could significantly increase the number of children reached. The Ambassador Spot- light this month is Jes- sica Bachman. Jessica has worked for Express Em- ployment since August 2015 and is as a staffing consultant. She joined Ambassa- dors to be a part of the bigger picture, donating her time to help support our community's events. Her favorite volunteer ac- tivity has been judging the Christmas parade the last 2 years. Jessica loves Good Morning Red Bluff, learn- ing about our community and meeting great people who all have the same goal in mind — building a bet- ter Red Bluff. In her free time, she en- joys spending time with her children, being ac- tive in our 4H group — go Lassen Colony — as well as attending events with her co-workers such as the Sip and Shop, Beef and Brew and Tap into Tehama. "Since I have become a part of the Ambassadors my outlook on Red Bluff has changed, it has opened my eyes to what a great community we have, shop- ping local and supporting our local down town busi- nesses is a big deal," she said. "Thank you for let- ting me be a part of the team."
