F ulfilling the 2025 Vision by providing a safe, competitive, and sustainable home for our undergraduate brothers requires us to reevaluate today's college student needs. By initiating an effort to fund and renovate 722 South Willson Ave. by 2021, we can ensure future generations of Sigma Chis continue to live, learn, and grow in a facility we are proud to call the Beta Rho house. As stewards of the Beta Rho house: • We must provide a safe home for our brothers. • We must set the standard for fraternity housing and attract the top student leaders who will move our fraternity forward. • We must invest in the future of Beta Rho. Recapitalized and Modernized Chapter House - e Need Is Clear e heart of the house needs new flooring, student-focused spaces, and updated finishes. One of 21 single rooms. e vision is for a total capacity of 34 brothers. Dated shower facilities must be updated to compete with other fraternities and private housing options. Aged mechanical systems coupled with a lack of fire-safety components must be fixed and updated to ensure a sustainable future. A Competitive Campus T he Montana State housing options are rapidly improving. We must provide safe, competitive, and sustainable housing for our members. n YELLOWSTONE HALL Freshman-only 400-student dorm opening fall 2016 n STADIUM VIEW APARTMENTS Opened in fall 2015 and features student-designed modern apartments and amenities n ALPHA GAMMA RHO Raised $1.2 million to address safety issues and provide competitive housing to members.
