Digital Wallet Digital Wallet allows members to store and pay using their RFCU debit or credit card through Apple Pay®, Android Pay™ or Samsung Pay®. Live Chat Live online chat gives members another way to communicate with us. Members can access live chat through the website www.redfcu.org under the "Contact Us" page. Live chat is also available inside online banking. RFCU team members can answer questions or handle other services such as account inquiries, balance transfers or available credit. Live chat is available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Smartwatch Banking Redstone Smartwatch Banking is now available for the Apple Watch®. Use Smartwatch to keep tabs on your money right from your wrist. Simply download the latest version of our Mobile Banking app on your iPhone® and go to Settings > Apple Watch and enable. You can view account balances and transactions without having to log into your account. Smartwatch is not currently available for Android™ devices.
