giving. This event also facilitates around 4,500
service hours. I am proud that many of our
sisters took part in this great initiative.
We also hosted our annual philanthropic
event to benefit the Sharsheret Breast Cancer
Foundation. This year we ran two events during
the week of October 2-8. On October 4, we
hosted a tater tot sale, and on October 7, we
operated a dodgeball tournament. Both events
had great turnouts.

We were so happy to have our dads come to
Champaign for our annual Dad's Weekend. We
spent the weekend meeting our sisters' dads, socializing and showing them around campus, and
attended the Fighting Illini football game.
Finally, I want to thank all of you, our dedicated alumnae, for the support you have shown us. We
would not be the strong chapter we are today without your paving the way. The
chapter members were happy to see many of you during Homecoming weekend,
and I hope that the next time you are in Champaign, you will come visit the chapter
house and share your experiences with us.
