These funds will be used to provide scholarships and leadership opportunities to our undergraduate members. Peter A. Zadeik '98 entered Chapter Eternal. He was a resident of La Grange, Ill. John E. Kohlmeyer '46 entered Chapter Eternal on March 4. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran, serving in the China Burma India Theater, and worked as a pharmacist for more than 50 years. He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the N.E. Indiana Pharmaceutical Association and was an honorary member of the Concordia Education Foundation. John was a resident of Fort Wayne, Ind., and is survived by his wife of 67 years, Martha; son, John; daughters, Laura, Judith, and Susan; and grandchildren, Megan, Michael, Katherine, Sarah, Karl, Kyle, Ryan, Elise, and Samuel. George O. Priebe '49 entered Chapter Eternal on February 2 at the age of 86. He served his country in Korea in a mobile Army surgical hospital unit in 1951-53. His career in the medical equipment and supplies business was spent in the Fort Wayne and South Bend, Ind., and Richmond, Va., areas. He finished his career as vice president of sales in southern California. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Helen; son, Mark; daughter, Susan; granddaughter, Carly; step grandson, Tanner; brothers, Robert and Donald; and nine nieces and nephews.
