Chapter President Taylor Andelman '14 and Vice President Tara Mullen '15 were joined by Advisors Misty Tyree '65, Marva Sheehan '77, Susan Ruhne '85, Dee Hawk Pearce '63, Leslee Budge '65, and house corporation board members Buffy Cereske, Psi Alpha '74 and Elizabeth Adams '70. We had much to be proud of as Misty and Leslee were honored and received their 50-year pins with all of their Chi Omega sisters cheering wildly! One of the highlights of the Convention had to be the model initiation ceremony presented by the Epsilon Alpha Chapter, which brought to mind the beautiful initiation ceremony Mu was honored to present at the 2012 gathering. This year's Convention also marked the release of Chi Omega's new visual identity, which includes an updated logo and tagline #sistersonpurpose. As you might expect from a National Chi Omega event, the weekend was rich in content, masterfully executed, and a great deal of fun. Each group participated in customized workshop tracks specifically designed for their roles, and we all came back armed with new ideas, techniques, and programing suggestions, which are already making a difference in the house.
