Investing in Our Future
O
ur investment in the future of Beta Chi Chapter will ensure the
success of our chapter and will promote a legacy upon which
to build an even greater sisterhood. Kappa Kappa Gamma provides
a smaller-group living environment that offers our members a solid
foundation for their education and also affords opportunities for
high academic achievement and the development of leadership and
social skills.
The undergraduate women have made a commitment to invest and
work hard in maintaining the programs and traditions that have
benefited the lives of so many Kappas over the years. Together with
our active members and the Beta Chi House Corporation, we are
committed to this major undertaking, which will allow us to expand
and renovate our chapter house and compete with other sororities and
housing options before the need becomes too urgent.
This stage of our project requires assistance from a highly selective
group of alumnae—like you. We are working to identify sisters who
have both the ability and interest to provide major assistance to the
project. Remember that each of us benefited from the generosity, work,
and sacrifice of those who went before us. We all enjoyed the comfort
and sisterhood Kappa provided during our years at the University of
Kentucky. Now it is our turn to support Beta Chi Chapter and ensure
that the same, meaningful experience is available to others.
We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan. As the project
moves forward, tax-deductible giving options will be made available
through the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation. With your support,
Beta Chi and Kappa Kappa Gamma will continue to provide a quality
living environment that supports, nurtures, and develops outstanding
young women with the skills and confidence to face an ever-changing
world. The commitment we make today cannot be underestimated—it
will have a far-reaching effect on the lives of our Beta Chi sisters for
years to come.
