I am a sophomore at Mizzou and the new chapter president of Phi Delta Theta Missouri Alpha. I want Missouri Alpha to become the flagship fraternity at the University of Missouri through recruiting some of the best, well-rounded individuals Mizzou has to offer and by establishing ourselves as a the center of all that is most important here: academic pursuits, social life, and true brotherhood. Oftentimes on campus, you hear one fraterni- ty or another claiming that they are the best at philanthropy or have the best parties; that is not our goal. Our goal is to be one of the best at ev- erything. After all, to be the best at one thing is to be a master; to be one of the best at everything is to be indispensable. That is how we establish ourselves as one of the greats; not by being the party house or the house that has the largest phil- anthropic footprint, but by being undoubtedly dominant in everything that matters most.
