OUR PLAN
Existing House
• Complete upgrade of all mechanical, electrical, and
plumbing systems
• Renovate and expand kitchen and dining area to
accommodate growing chapter (toward 21st Ave. East)
• Touch up exterior as necessary
• Reconfigure existing rooms to increase efficiency
• Install fire suppression system
• Construct new retaining wall along 21st Ave. East and
NE 47th St.
New Addition
• Demolition of the existing addition
• Build four-story 12,200 sq. . Tudor-style addition to
replace existing addition
- Addition of four parking spaces, bringing total parking
to 13
- Design is intended to maximize privacy and create an
area reserved for senior live-ins to improve retention
Additional Objectives
• Increase capacity of live-in members
• Increase number of two-person rooms
• Potential for new and improved communal space to
include study rooms, a weight room, a new Chapter room,
a TV room, and dedicated social space

he alumni association, with the involvement of the undergraduate leadership, has developed a solid plan to address the long-
term viability of the Alpha Delta Phi experience on the UW campus. rough careful study, assessment, and planning, it has
been determined that we must invest in our facility to meet the needs of today's students. Working with TWIST Design Inc., the
alumni association has developed a tactical approach to our future; conducting this feasibility study is the first step.
