The Welcome Aboard Group that got together to discuss the Third
Annual Soup and Chowder Event, and the Operation Hero Comfort event
to be held at the QIA on Dec. 10, 2016. The silent Auction will run from
11AM to 4 PM The Raffle for the Friends of the Quartzsite Food Bank
will run the same times. The Soup and Chowder Festival will go from
12 noon untill 4 PM or as long as the donated soups and Chowders are
available. We are also planning to have entertainment on stage that folks
can listen to while they are sampling the soups and chowders. Further
information will be posted later on. Anyone willing to help with the
festivities Contact Pam Caskey at 603-834-0647. The Soup and Chowder
Festival is to benefit the Friends of Quartzsite Food bank.
