QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department SEPTEMBER 19 - OCTOBER 2, 2016 09/19: Anthony Alatorre, 31, of Phoenix, AZ; was arrested for Ag- gravated Driving under the Influ- ence, Unlawful Flight, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 2 counts of miscon- duct with a weapon and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/20: Jonathon Fitzgerald, 34, of Quartzsite, AZ; was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct. 09/20: Shai Samuel, 56, of San Di- ego, CA; was cited and released for Criminal Speed. 09/25: Ignacio Avina, 24, of Phoe- nix, AZ; was arrested for Transport Marijuana for Sale, Possession of Nar- cotics for sale and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/26: Joseph Cordova, 36, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Dis- orderly Conduct and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/26: Miles Anderson, 32, of Phoenix, AZ; was arrested for Posses- sion of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/26: Kailyn Havlin, 21, of Buck- eye, AZ; was arrested for Possession/ Use of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Narcotic Drug Paraphernalia and booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Facility. 09/28: Corey Lamere, 32, Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Pos- session of Drug Paraphernalia and booked into the La Paz County Deten- tion Facility. 09/28: Dean Paul, 59, of Los Ange- les, CA; was arrested for Possession of DUI Drugs and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/28: Remy Snemis, 66, of Hemet, CA; was cited and released for At- tempted Possession of Marijuana and Attempted Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. 09/29: Benjamin Hernandez, 41, of Quartzsite, AZ; was cited and re- leased for Open Burning. 09/29: Thom Russ, 66, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession of drugs for sale, Parole Hold out of Riverside County and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 09/30: David Walker, 31 of Los An- geles, CA; was cited and released for Criminal Speed, Attempted Posses- sion of Marijuana and Attempted Pos- session of Marijuana Paraphernalia. 09/30: Cheryl Young, 59, of Navajo Dam, NM; was arrested for a misde- meanor warrant out of Quartzsite Magistrate Court original charge Dis- orderly Conduct and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility. 10/01: Henry Urbanski, 55, of Quartzsite, AZ; was arrested for Assault Domestic Violence and booked into the La Paz County Detention Facility.
